The challenge

BT is dedicated to expanding the impact of its DEI initiatives beyond protected characteristics, aiming to become an inclusive organisation for both colleagues and customers.

Following a comprehensive review of current practices, L&D Partners sought a group-wide development programme that not only highlighted the ‘what’ but specifically addressed the ‘how’ of integrating inclusive approaches into everyday work.

The ultimate objective was to instigate a genuine cultural shift and enhanced personal accountability. With a vast audience the focus was on creating a globally scalable, leader-led solution.

The solution

An expansive all-company intervention spanning 5 divisions underpinned by a core narrative to link the cornerstones of culture, values, strategic vision and leadership standards, to action.

This truly blended programme is an exciting amalgam of learning experiences from formal learning to webinars, watch parties, accountability pods and fireside chats.

Every learning touchpoint is supported by digital resources and intent to action tools with organisational health check gateways built into delivery to benchmark change and highlight opportunity for course correction based on feedback.
