An ambitious global transformation journey meant 6,000 managers needed an effective blended learning Academy for deployment over Workday.


With managers at different stages of their development, the Academy needed to be structured with standalone modules that could be knitted together to create individualised learning.


The job to be done was to review, revise or retire existing content along 15 agreed learning pathways and blend in newly created modules that targeted specific management skills and behaviours needed for the transformation.
