With a massive restructure affecting over 600 finance colleagues in 82 global markets to implement, Inchcape wanted to upskill their leadership population in leading others through change to make the transition a success.
Multiple workstreams, significant disruption and complex financial and cultural differences meant it was vital to ensure people at all levels were engaged in, and supported through, the change.
The ultimate objective was to instigate a genuine cultural shift and enhanced personal accountability. With a vast audience the focus was on creating a globally scalable, leader-led solution.
A truly innovative approach offering a combination of virtual training, coaching pods and a social learning portal to support development through the programme.
Our discovery across all global regions revealed 6 key topics would play a significant role in leader upskill. The resultant bespoke learning journey considered market nuances and need whilst also being generic enough that core content could be delivered to each and every market in the same way.
A train-the-trainer for the L&D team complemented the approach giving Inchcape the internal capability to deliver future cohorts and control the delivery going forward.
