With a desire to move away from mandatory learning in favour of creating a learning culture, we built a plethora of self-select modules and assets leveraging in-house learning systems.
The pick ‘n mix approach to management development put leaders firmly in charge of their own learning from foundation to mastery levels.
A learning marketing campaign helped connect leaders to the right opportunities, assigned pre-work and matched embedding tools to support practice and adoption.
