Keyloop is a fast-growing global automotive technology business, formed through a major merger. So it needed a learning approach for the people behind the tech.
However, its fast-moving world meant two needs at once. First, a clear management development pathway for new and experienced managers.
Second, quick, bite-size learning to close urgent skills gaps.
We built Evolve, a modular management development programme. Instead of mandatory training, Keyloop wanted a real learning culture. So we created a pick ‘n’ mix of self-select modules and resources on Keyloop’s own systems. As a result, managers took charge of their own development, from foundation to mastery.
A learning marketing campaign then connected managers to the right modules. Pre-work and practical tools helped new habits stick.
