As a growing global automotive technology business Keyloop wanted a one-stop shop learning approach to enable the team that sat behind the tech to drive their evolution.

Their dynamic environment demanded a solution to meet immediate and future development needs for both new and in-life managers.

For them, this meant accessible, bite-size learning modules that could be interconnected as a definable leadership development pathway whilst also fulfilling the urgency of immediate capability needs.
