The challenge

An end-to-end organisational and functional transformation was laying the foundations for an exciting future.

With a lot going on, the top team was committed to minimising the emotional impact on its colleagues by supporting them through the sweeping changes in a positive way.

Recognising that their managers were a vital lever in achieving this, they were looking for a programme to level the playing field in terms of manager capability and confidence, specifically around leading through change and shifting mindset towards embracing a more tech-driven landscape.

The solution

Created around a framework of group collaboration to enable managers to learn from the experiences and challenges of peers. This solution was practice focused and informal.

Totally onboard with leading from the top, senior leaders were involved in crafting the story for change and cascading it broadly.

Following a proof-of-concept pilot, roll-out touched 140 managers in a series of one-day learning events.

Framed by sticky content and powered by a comprehensive toolkit of resources, managers felt confident in being able to immediately take their knowledge into their daily roles.
