In a global environment thrust into turmoil by the Covid-19 pandemic, Vodafone found their leaders and managers facing a completely new set of challenges.
In the absence of certainty around the impact on employees and customers, Vodafone quickly recognised their established ways of working would have to change and evolve.
The saw an immediate need to provide leaders and managers with the skills to maintain engagement and productivity so they could still deliver on company strategic plans and objectives.
A series of pragmatic, virtual webinars for 150+ people managers covering 4 key topic areas to develop capability in overcoming the challenges posed by a hybrid workforce.
Drawing on Vodafone’s existing leadership content we combined our new ‘hybrid’ curriculum to create sessions focused on building effective leadership skills for remote and hybrid settings.
Structured as a progressive journey, the first workshop was delivered during lockdown and focused on leading from a distance. Subsequent workshops developed capability in driving high performance through coaching and unlocking team spirit to enable contribution, development and collaborative working irrespective of where people were based.
