Car Benefit Solutions (CBS) – an award-winning, people-first business – was entering a critical phase of growth and transformation.
Following a major review of their behavioural competencies, CBS identified the need to:

CBS needed more than a training course. They were looking for a true partner: one that could energise 170 colleagues at every level, support cultural evolution, and help everyone feel genuinely invested in their growth journey.
CBS partnered with Elev-8 to design a leadership development programme that was dynamic, behaviour-led, and values-driven.
