This quarter also marked a milestone: Elev-8 turned five.
It’s been far from easy. We bootstrapped this business through a pandemic, navigated economic pressure, and kept showing up with purpose and intent. But five years in, we’re still standing — and more committed than ever to building cultures, capability and performance that actually stick.
