Superdrug set out to close a striking gap: its top 20 stores were selling over 54% more SIMs than the next-best group of stores — using the exact same product, in the exact same market.
Together we ran a diagnostic, built a bespoke sales Blueprint, and piloted a one-day sales skills day across 50 stores. The pilot lifted daily SIM sales, tripled performance in some stores, and scored 9.4/10 for delegate recommendation.

Superdrug set out to close a striking gap: its top 20 stores were selling over 54% more SIMs than the next-best group of stores, using the exact same product, in the exact same market.
The challenge was to find out exactly what those stores’ colleagues were doing differently, and design a pilot that made it repeatable across the wider estate — with proven results before any wider roll-out.
Working in partnership, we built a bespoke sales Blueprint — a practical framework capturing what Superdrug’s best-performing colleagues were already doing, made repeatable for every store.
The programme was built around four key elements:
Our diagnostic phase set a clear baseline across behaviours and store performance, ensuring the pilot was grounded in evidence… not a generic sales course!
The pilot delivered measurable results across Superdrug’s 50 participating stores:
By backing colleagues with a Blueprint built from their own top performers, Superdrug is turning pockets of excellence into a repeatable, estate-wide standard.
