Q3 2026 at Elev-8 | Three Golds, new partnerships and proof that learning worked

Here’s the Elev-8 quarterly update for Q3 2026. It’s been another busy quarter, and it’s ended on a high. Here’s a snapshot of what’s been happening.

Gold at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2026

Elev-8 quarterly update Q3 2026: the Bupa and Elev-8 team with their UKCXA Gold award

On 14 October, Bupa and Elev-8 won Gold for Best Learning and Development at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2026, at Wembley. We’re chuffed. Properly chuffed.

Bupa wanted 6,000 colleagues to change how they serve customers, every day. So we co-created the Bupa Experience with them. Across the wider rollout:

  • NPS up from 72 to 81
  • Right first time up from 77% to 85%
  • Terminated leavers down 75%

If you’re trying to improve customer experience through people rather than another process redesign, this is how Bupa did it. Thank you to everyone at Bupa who made it real on the floor. This one is yours as much as ours.

You can read the full story of the win too.

Did your learning actually work? Watch the replay

Lee Jones and Carl Lovelock recently ran a webinar on the Elev-8 Way: connecting learning to business outcomes through business partnering, programme design, embedding and measurement. Chris Parkinson from Bupa shared the client-side view.

If you missed it, get in touch and we’ll send you the replay, along with the guide we mentioned: Proving learning worked, on building credible evidence of behaviour change and business impact.

We’re also researching what helps learning stick after a programme ends. More than 100 people completed our survey in its first few days. It takes about three minutes, and your answers will feed a new Elev-8 white paper. If you’d like the thinking behind it, read The Great Training Robbery.

Two more Golds for B. Braun

At the UK Employee Experience Awards on 9 July, B. Braun won Gold for Best Leadership Development and Gold for Best DEI, for the programme we built with them. More than 200 managers took part, and 92% changed how they lead.

See how it worked or see the winners.

Ongoing partnerships and growing momentum

Meaningful behaviour change rarely happens overnight, so it’s the partnerships we build over time that we’re most proud of. This quarter, these trusted partners signed up for more:

Thank you for the trust.

New client work

We’re also delighted to welcome two organisations to the client list:

  • Busy Bees
  • Dunelm

Come and see us at CX Vision 2035

We’re partnering with CXM on CX Vision 2035 at Wembley Stadium on 5 November 2026. Our second trip to Wembley in a month. We’ll try to look like we’re used to it. Find out more.

Thank you to the clients, partners and associate team we continue to work alongside.

If anything here inspires you, let us know!
